Leraplex 88 - bottle whashing additive

Technical information:

• Leraplex 88 is bottle washing additive for caustic, liquid, designed for bottle cleaning in beer and beverage industries.

• Leraplex 88 is designed with advance chemistry: main ingredient contains Trisodium Nitrilotriacetate [N(CH2COONa)3] (or Na3NTA/NTA) and phosphates & phosphonates. NTA in Leraplex 88 helps to inhibit and combines with water hardness and metals. Beside that it is supported by other cleaning agents.

• Suitable for cleaning heavily soiled bottles, high cleaning effectiveness at low concentration (01 – 0.4%), therefore it is lower cost per cleaned bottle, reduces production.

• Use concentration: depends on the given degree of soiling, 0.1% Leraplex 88 per 100dH (10dH = 17 ppm) in alkaline solution 2 - 3 % and temperature 75 - 850C.
