Usage Instructions
Inspect the Container
Ensure there is no damage, holes, or cracks on the walls, roof, or floor.
Container doors must close tightly and seals should be in good condition.
Container must be dry and clean before loading.
Check Wooden Floor Moisture
Avoid using containers with wooden floor moisture content above 20%, as this increases the risk of mold and dampness.
Seal All Ventilation Holes
This is critical for optimal performance.
Desiccants only work effectively in sealed environments. If the container is not airtight or ventilation holes remain open, the desiccant will lose efficiency over time.
Installation & Recommended Quantity
Open the package and hang the desiccant according to the illustrated guide.
Recommended quantity:
4–6 pcs for 20 ft containers (~20 tons of cargo)
8–12 pcs for 40 ft containers (~40 tons of cargo)
